I'm a people person I put people first I would make people in the city feel very important I agree with them at city Hall I would shake their hand I would awesome what things they want dealt with and I would deal with them I would not ignore them. One key thing we need to look at is dealing with mentally ill people there's a lot of mentally ill people out there running around off their medication and destroying people's lives. They don't mean to do it but we need a system that's better
Combine ow and ODSP and take this money and give it to the landlords so the landlords have guaranteed money so that landlords do not get discourged and leave their units vacant because they feel a tenant has no money to pay the rent
The problem isn't the cost of living the problem is the jobs in Toronto a number of them anyways don't pay a lot of money seems like the owners of the company are making all of the money and they're not passing it down to the employees we need to have employees get paid more money this is only fair!
Parks and streets need to be lit up we have to make sure there's proper lighting in these areas so that at night time people don't feel afraid. We also need to have more special constables patrolling the areas that are unsafe. Also soliciting on the TTC the subway the buses should not be allowed I've seen people panhandling we need to correct this
Unfortunately the roads when they were built went off designed to handle today's traffic they designed to handle the traffic 50 years ago but things have changed we need to have staggered hours for employees everybody's getting out between 4:00 and 5:00pm and going home this creates a mess on the roads people need to work earlier and get off earlier and have staggered hours
Confronting Hateful and Hostile Behaviour
Many Torontonians are concerned about hateful and hostile behaviour, which can disproportionately affect newcomers and members of racialized, marginalized, and equity-deserving communities. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to respond and keep Toronto safe and welcoming for everyone?I really think we need more police officers out there and more special constables out there to regulate this kind of behavior. People will be more better behaved if they see a law enforcement person in front of them
