Report a Content Concern

Use this page if you believe published content on a candidate's profile — a written response, a photo, or a link — does not meet the Content Inclusion Standards, Section 2 of the Candidate Outreach and Content Standards.

Please read Section 2 before writing to us. It sets out what Toronto Public Library will and will not publish, and your concern needs to identify the part of it you believe the content fails to meet.

How to raise a concern

Email complaints@knowyourvote.to and include:

• The candidate's name and ward.
• The specific content. Quote the exact wording, or name the photo or link. If you are pointing to a written answer, tell us which question it responds to.
• Which part of the Standards you believe the content fails to meet.
• Your name and contact information. We cannot review an anonymous concern.

We acknowledge your email when it arrives, and tell you the outcome when the review closes. Section 2.8 of the Standards sets out how concerns are reviewed, the timelines that apply, and who decides.
