Issue answers

The Mayor and City Council

What's the most important thing you'd act on as a City Councillor, and what experience or strengths would help you make it happen?

Victory for People voting to elect Norman MacLeod, myself, Councilor Ward13. Federal Liberal Government told me I am highly trusted regarding my intent to bring anti gang choices for People young and old. For the way Ward 13 street is, and my remaining there to serve and learn issues, I was rewarded with choice. Fix yourself after sobatical into council and I did the first half now half the rest. I will clean this Ward to Ward 19 standards of safty and opportunities. Culture from LGBTQ, FirstNations and Everything Elictric Concert Productions.

Housing

Housing costs weigh on Torontonians whether they rent or own, access to subsidized housing is limited, and a growing number of people have no home at all. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to help people find and keep a secure place to live?

Know your vote for Norman MacLeod, myself, is for you, my voter. My vision for housing is straightforward. I know our leaders in Provincial Government, a Loyal Blue Club Member. I also attended Jill Dunlop there Housing developers holding together over 2 Billion CAD for Housing. Doug Ford knows my goals. He showed up to exclusively shake my hand in co operation with my intent to run Ward 13 Victory for People. I will use this privilege I paid for with hard cash investment on behalf of Ward13 prior to my Candidacy. Which has also been earned.

Cost of Living

The cost of daily life keeps climbing — housing, transit fares, city fees, etc. What is one thing you would prioritize on the next City Council to make Toronto more affordable, soon enough to matter to residents?

Victory for People voting to elect Norman MacLeod Councilor Ward13 and History for your Toronto Municipal Ward 13. You will vote because only I know that as a City Council, Your serving 2026 elected will understand why we need to remove liability from grocers. I talk and know the store managers want that to donate awesome perishable fresh food drink and meat. TTC is easy. You only need me there and I will increase streetcars overnight heavily. I raise capital. I will not vote to raise taxes. There is no need to with what I learned and will.

Safety in Public Spaces

Some Torontonians don't feel safe in parks, on transit, or on certain streets, even where reported crime is low. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to help people be and feel safe in the city's public spaces?

Victory for People who vote and elect Norman MacLeod , myself, Councilor Ward13 Tkaronto Toronto. I will engage a waiting inspirational spirits from First Nations to service our Ward 13 to ensure Safty exists without ceasing. I will negotiate money for this most important conglomerate of Ward 13 issues. People from FirstNations will be offered payment for services walking in unison not with parents and school children. I seen a mess of bureaucracy today, and that is what I will break. Victory here is for People.

Getting Around the City

Getting around the city is a source of frustration for many Torontonians, whether people drive, take transit, cycle, or walk. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to improve how people move around the city, however they travel?

Victory for People who elect me, Norman MacLeod Councilor Ward13. Corktown Business Improvement Association has a list of easy to answer needs. Only will require me, because I clearly have the will. I expect every small business and residential area will hand me their list. I will know most issues already. I am looking for something that will be actually challenging. Ward 23 only needs me. I will get along with street, business, homeowners, disenfranchised, high finance levels of government.

Confronting Hateful and Hostile Behaviour

Many Torontonians are concerned about hateful and hostile behaviour, which can disproportionately affect newcomers and members of racialized, marginalized, and equity-deserving communities. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to respond and keep Toronto safe and welcoming for everyone?

Victory for People to elect me, Norman MacLeod Councilor Ward13. Question here. that is something more I need to learn. What hate goes on in Ward13 is within my grasp, knowing street people. What religious hate goes on I will learn if it does. I will use stand up community watch men I know about existing.
