The Mayor and City Council

What's the most important thing you'd act on as a City Councillor, and what experience or strengths would help you make it happen?

Please email me your ideas to go into plans. This question requests an overall strategic direction for our city. In summary - while maintaining the same total city budget or even less, obviously improving quality of life including lower total cost of living for all Torontonians. My experience and strengths: Decades of the accumulated knowledge base including many white collar and blue collar responsibilities, from front office Bay Street functions to manufacturing auto parts and food, transportation, construction and many others.

Housing

Housing costs weigh on Torontonians whether they rent or own, access to subsidized housing is limited, and a growing number of people have no home at all. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to help people find and keep a secure place to live?

Please email me your ideas to go into plans. Since 1997 - in Toronto and GTA overall, living and studying and working. I lived at 5+ locations within Toronto. So: Property taxes - frozen for lower rent. Construction program - the most extensive possible, land values collapsed by 50%+ since the market peak so let's take advantage of favorable market conditions to build max possible housing (and supporting real estate) for Torontonians to benefit in the upcoming decades. Homelessness - max number of safe sleeping spots and hygiene stations.

Cost of Living

The cost of daily life keeps climbing — housing, transit fares, city fees, etc. What is one thing you would prioritize on the next City Council to make Toronto more affordable, soon enough to matter to residents?

Please email me your ideas to go into plans. One thing is many and immediate: Free unlimited wifi. Freeze property taxes. Freeze total city budget. TPS budget - more services for the same money or less. NoLockdown Pandemic Response System to maintain sales for all. The most extensive construction program for maximum new real estate supply to lower residential and other rents. Email system to receive opinions from Torontonians then insert into actionable plans to lower expenses for all. Free unlimited pancakes with beverages if enough interest.

Safety in Public Spaces

Some Torontonians don't feel safe in parks, on transit, or on certain streets, even where reported crime is low. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to help people be and feel safe in the city's public spaces?

My entire political platform and all updates - on my Instagram. In my platform of 10 + 3 pillars, I informed the world that everyone can email me input to insert into actionable plans - so, email me your safety concerns and ideas for me to analyze, and then to invent and implement solutions. For TTC - all criminal employees to be fired, secret and uniformed patrols to catch all criminals on TTC. For TPS - the same budget with more policing services. And - expect much more from me on security of my voters and their property.

Getting Around the City

Getting around the city is a source of frustration for many Torontonians, whether people drive, take transit, cycle, or walk. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to improve how people move around the city, however they travel?

Please email me your ideas to go into plans. About myself - since 1997 - in Toronto and GTA overall - walking, driving, biking, taking TTC. The question asks for an overall strategic direction for transportation, so - for every method of transportation, to move people and cargo better than before for the same total city budget. In details: For TTC - please read my platform on Instagram. Also will support CAD35 unlimited weekly pass. For drivers - some potholes 5+ years old - I will fix them ASAP. For others - max lanes with good surface.

Confronting Hateful and Hostile Behaviour

Many Torontonians are concerned about hateful and hostile behaviour, which can disproportionately affect newcomers and members of racialized, marginalized, and equity-deserving communities. What would you prioritize on the next City Council to respond and keep Toronto safe and welcoming for everyone?

Please email me your ideas to go into plans. Please read my Instagram for all updates and my political platform. Overall approach - 5 steps: 1 - make it obvious that you will immediately counterattack in crimes against your people or property, 2 - do immediately counterattack, 3 - call police, 4 - message me what happened and what you did in response and what work TPS performed, 5 - I will defend your self-defense and will fire TPS and other government employees if needed. TPS - more policing for the same budget. Also - 24/7 prevention.
